“I highly recommend this Care Home. My dad has received the best care and he is well looked after and he is well looked after. I have no concerns with my Dad’s welfare while he is in here. Brilliant staff always on hand for information regarding my Dad’s care.”
“I would like to thank all the team for the care you showed my parents during the last few days of my Mother’s life. Everyone on the Residential floor helped the family through this difficult time. Along with all the team, our special thanks to Gemma, Shelby and Lynne.
With Thanks from all the family.”
“Plane Tree Court provides very good care to my Brother who is in receipt of full time nursing care and requires complete handling. The staff are gentle, good humored and seem to have all necessary equipment for the task. They work very well with one another. Emergencies are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Contrary to my expectation, my brother settled very well due to his courteous reception and is on good terms with his Carers. I am quite satisfied to have him at Plane Tree Court and compliment the management on their role.”
“My mother has been a resident at Plane Tree Court for over 6 years. I visited daily for the first 17 months and since then usually 3 time a week at a variety of times. During her stay, I have never seen, heard or found anything which has caused me any concern and I can not praise ALL the staff highly enough for their kindness, concern and professionalism. I am delighted that my mum is a resident at this Care Home.”
“Thank You All..
For your wonderful help.
For her last 11 years with you.
Thank You again
“My Mum is under the Hematologist at Stepping Hill Hospital having regular bloods done each month to monitor her medications, I liaise with the specialist Nurse there who has praised Plane Tree Court for all their help in liaising with her and the GP in arranging the bloods/changing her medication and updating her on my Mum’s condition.
She is very impressed with the Nursing Staff for maintaining this since my Mum was first diagnosed last October.”
